Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy At Soul Watch Consulting, appointment times are set aside specifically for each client. The following policies help ensure that sessions remain available and that time is respected for everyone involved. Booking Appointments Appointments can be scheduled through the online booking system available on this website. Once your appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be billed at the full session rate, as the reserved time cannot typically be filled on short notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the schedule of other clients. Missed Appointments If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, the full session fee will apply. Payment Responsibility Soul Watch Consulting operates independently of insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for payment of all scheduled sessions, including late cancellations or missed appointments.
